The Greenfaith Initiative

In April 2016, CRC was awarded our GreenFaith Certification!

In 2012, CRC began participation in the GreenFaith Certification Program, a comprehensive congregational greening initiative. Our participation has included significant programming and initiatives in all areas where we seek to be environmental leaders, including worship services, religious education, environmental justice advocacy, and stewardship of all of our precious resources.

Living a sustainable lifestyle has never been easier and more important. As part of our GreenFaith initiative, we are committed to inspiring and educating our members about the benefits of being good environmental stewards and establishing sustainable lifestyles through conservation and being conscientious consumers.

This page is dedicated to informing our community about local green initiatives, including where to find farmers markets, community sponsored agriculture farms (CSAs) and how to dispose of items "greenly."
